TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING TIMES:
You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next business day after making your purchase. The shipping time takes effect from the next business day after making the purchase.
-METROPOLITAN LIMA: 2 to 5 days.
-PROVINCE: 3 to 5 days.
For express and/or scheduled shipments, write to WhatsApp 951016221 and the shipment will be quoted.
Only applies to 1 delivery attempt. The customer must assume the cost of the new delivery if they are not present.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted. You can make changes up to 8 hours after the delivery time, provided that the following conditions are met:
-That the product is in perfect condition (new, without signs of use and with the original packaging).
-That the product has not been manipulated.
The product to be exchanged must undergo a physical inspection before confirming the exchange. Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can exchange the item.
If you wish to make an exchange, the brand does not cover shipping and return costs.
If the product has factory defects, the customer must contact 951016221 within a maximum period of 8 hours from the purchase to review the case.
